Mamba Out

For my lost memories, I have to continue for my third time travel. I pick a broken memory and start my new journey.

This time when I open my eyes, I notice that I’m in the crowd. The body I travel into looks like a young teenager. I wear the Kobe’s jersey with his sneakers on my feet and a basketball which has his signature on my hand. Now I know that everyone come here to gather around the Staples Center in Los Angeles to mourn the death of Kobe Bryant and the date is Jan.26. Kobe Bryant, one of the greatest basketball players of all time and an internationally recognizable NBA superstar, died in a helicopter crash. He was only 41 years old. All nine people which include his 13 years old daughter were killed and when this news coming out, everyone was shocked.

I walk inside the center, lots of people cry. I can see someone write messages on the concrete across the street, a man comforts his son who is weeping into his hand at a memorial for Bryant. All his fans notes at a Bryant mural and basketball are left all on the ground. I can see the makeshift everywhere with” 24 YOU WILL BE MISSED”. I left my basketball on the ground, my body suddenly can’t stop crying, I can see how much important of Kobe for me and for everyone who love Kobe. Kobe is not just a superstar, he is the symbol of a time period, a legend and most people’s youth. He influences us and establish the correct value, Kobe’s fans from different countries, different regions and different genders. With the shouts and cries of the people, I finish my travel and go back into my body.

Rest In Peace Kobe and Love you forever!!
